OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in this Sweepstakes is deemed acceptance of these Official Rules

  1. NO PURCHASE OR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION NECESSARY.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Additionally, the consumption of alcohol is not necessary to enter or to win this Sweepstakes. Neither the consumption nor purchase of alcohol or any Firestone Walker Brewing Co. product will increase an Entrant’s odds of winning. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION.

Firestone Walker, Inc. d/b/a Firestone Walker Brewing Co. (“Firestone”) is the promoter/sponsor and shall conduct the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes consists of an ongoing monthly drawing in which eligible Entrants will have the opportunity to win a Cali Squeeze branded T-shirt (each, a “Prize”).

Each month during the Promotion Period (defined below), Firestone will randomly select the designated number of winners from eligible entries received during that month’s Entry Period.

By entering, each Entrant unconditionally agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Firestone, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD / ENTRY PERIOD.

The Cali Squeeze Monthly T-Shirt Giveaway begins on March 23 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”), unless earlier terminated or extended at Firestone’s sole discretion.

Each monthly entry period (each, an “Entry Period”) begins on the first day of each calendar month at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on the last day of that calendar month at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

Entries received during a specific month will be eligible only for that month’s drawing and will not roll over into subsequent months.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted outside of an applicable Entry Period will not roll over into future Entry Periods unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel any Entry Period in its sole discretion.

  1. ELIGIBILITY.

Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents residing in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, MD, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA

Entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid government-issued photo identification.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win:
 (a) any director, officer, employee, agent, shareholder, member, or principal of Firestone or any of its respective divisions, parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, suppliers, service agencies, or independent contractors; and
 (b) any immediate family member (biological or step mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, IRS dependent, and/or spouse) of any person in the preceding ineligible categories.

Transfer of entry materials or prizes from an ineligible individual to an eligible individual is strictly prohibited.

  1. HOW TO ENTER.

During the applicable monthly Entry Period, visit the designated promotional landing page (URL to be provided in promotional materials) and follow the online instructions to submit an entry for that month’s drawing.

Limit one (1) entry per person per month unless otherwise specified. Duplicate entries may be disqualified at Firestone’s sole discretion.

  1. WINNER SELECTION.

Each month during the Promotion Period, Firestone will randomly select winners from all eligible entries received during that month’s Entry Period.

Winner selection will occur on or about the first week of the following month.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

  1. CONTINUAL/TRANSMISSION USE.

Firestone may from time to time email Entrants specials, offers, features, promotions, or advertising deemed appropriate. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to receive such email communications. Entrants will have the opportunity to opt out of additional email messages at any time.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES GENERAL CONDITIONS.

Winners will be notified via email using the address provided at entry. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Waiver, Release of Liability, and a W-9 form within seven (7) days of notification.

Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Firestone reserves the right to verify age, identity, and state of residence prior to awarding any Prize.

Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  1. PUBLICITY RELEASE.

By entering, Entrants grant Firestone the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  1. PRIZE.

Each monthly drawing will award the designated number of winners a Cali Squeeze branded T-shirt.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each T-shirt: $30.

Total number of prizes awarded throughout the Promotion Period will not exceed the total number of monthly prizes described in promotional materials.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Firestone reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  1. TAXES, OTHER COSTS, MISCELLANEOUS.

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If required by law, winners must provide necessary tax documentation.

NO ASSIGNMENT; CONSENT TO RULES; WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION; RELEASE OF LIABILITY; ODDS; CHOICE OF LAW/VENUE; SEVERABILITY.

(All provisions remain the same as originally stated, except references to a single drawing should be interpreted as applying to each monthly drawing.)

Venue remains San Luis Obispo County, California, and California law governs.

  1. WINNER LIST.

For the name of monthly winners, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to the address above and specify the month for which you are requesting the winner list.

  1. ADDITIONAL TERMS.

All other Force Majeure, fraud prevention, tampering, technical error, and cancellation provisions remain in full force and effect, updated to apply to each monthly drawing.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION.
